Slight Shaking In Legs And Hands. Taking Depakote, Celaxa, Synthroid. Any Correlation ?

I am taking Depakote and Celaxa(For 5 Yrs) and had no problem. Now I am taking Synthroid for
my thyroid 50 mcg in the early am. Since I have taken the thyroid meds I have experienced slight leg shaking when I sit down and hand shaking (using the computer, holding a glass, eating etc-slight but enough that my husband
noticed it at dinner 1 night. Coincidental OR is this some kind of interaction with these medications? Might this
be the start of another problem and just so happened at the same time?

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Depakote is valproate and valproate is a hepatic inhibitor. In other words, it increases the level of drugs that are metabolized by liver and thyroid is one such. By taking thyroid with valproate, the effective dosage of the thyroid drug will be more than 50 mic gm.
Probably the symptom that you are having is that of hyperthyroidism. You need to re-check the thyroid levels in the body.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
