Slight Tear On Vaginal Entrance, Small Bump, Pain During Intercourse, Frequent Urination. Causes For Symptoms?

I have a slight tear on the entrance of my vagina , following by a small bump, its VERY painful to even have intercourse. I have not had any irregular discharge , but slight painful and frequent urination . I have had the same sexual partner for the past 6 and half months, but prior had sex with a past sexual partner, Im really scared to find out what is wrong but its better to know than not know.

Hi
thanks for your query

As per your description, it appears that it could be Herpes Infection.
HSV infection occurs via inoculation of virus into susceptible mucosal surfaces or through small cracks in the skin. People get herpes by having sex with someone who has the disease. “Having sex” means anal, vaginal, or oral sex.Transmission can occur from an infected partner who does not have a visible sore and may not know that he or she is infected.
Although the infection can stay in the body indefinitely, the number of outbreaks tends to decrease over a period of years.
You can take some pain killers and use anti-viral ointments locally which may help.Warm baths can also relieve the pain caused by the bumps/blisters.

I hope this will help

Best wishes
