Small Brown Mark Seen On The Corner Of My Left Eye. Pink Eye?
The corner of my left eye has a small, thin brown mark (sort of like what a brown paper cut would like) that I can feel. I first thought it was a stye and bought medication for that...because I felt grud-like and build up in my eye. I looked in the mirror then noticed the spot. I only used the medication for 2 days, maybe it could be pink eye. It feels like something is in my eye/sclera
Hello Pink eye and style are inflammatory conditions and they present with pain redness and discharge. Since you does not seem to be having pain redness you are unlikely to have these problems. The brown pigmentation can be conjunctival pigmentation called as conjunctival nevus. This requires confirmation of diagnosis by ophthalmologist and follow up as most of the times it will be a benign condition not requiring treatment. Thank you
