Small Bump In Mouth Behind Tonsils On Right Side, Tilting Head Gives A Feeling Of Pulled Muscle. What's Happening ?

Okay I have a small bump in my mouth on what I think is my palatopharyngeal or behind my tonsils on my right side. When I tilt my head to the right I get a feeling like I am pulling a muscle under chin . Like two inches from where my ear is. I am also growing my wisdom tooth on the right too. I would really like to know what is happening.

I have gone through your problem, as you said you have bump behind your right tonsil in the throat may be -
(1) Antrochoanal polyp- as these polyp arise from maxillary sinus and have a tendency to reach in
throat via nasal cavity and posterior choana of nose and it hang in throat
(2) Sub Mucosal Lymph node of lateral wall of pharynx.
It will be better to consult an ent doctor for examination which, seems to be important to reach to final diagnosis as examination findings are here playing key role.
