Small Bump On Left Testicle, Grown In Size, Pus Discharge, White Head Formed. Treatment?

I had a small bump (pin head size) on my left testicle 5 days ago, but now it has grown to 4 or 5 times its size (Pencil eraser size) and had sort of a head like a pimple . the skin on top was very thin and cracked then a sort of puss came out. I think I saw a sort of whitehead come out. Now it is really red and itchy. It burnt like crazy in the shower afterwards. What do you think?

hello.Check with your dermatologist and see if it is a viral infection called molluscum contagiosum.a benign cyst with secondary iinfection is another possibility.I fear,removal will be the only permanent solution.
