Small Bumps Behind Throat, Swollen Lymph Node, Ear Pain. Causes And Treatment?

Hi i just noticed i had small bumps on the back of my throat and a swollen lymph node and ear pain right side only, what can it be? No fever and no sore throat . I have little bumPs On the wall of my throat doesnt hurt but what can it be? When i touch or pull my ear it hurts the most and right under it there is a swollen lymph node.

Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma It appears that this bump , pain in ear and neck swelling are a part of one disease. There are may possibilities - infection (acute or chronic). I will need more information like
For how long you are suffering from this problem
Any difficulty in swallowing
Pain in throat
Fever
Chills and Rigors
loss of weight and apetite
cough with expectoration
Past history of similar illness
History of diabetes
Any history of joint pain, rash in past
Do you smoke
Do you take alcohol
Do you practice safe sex
Once I have answers to these questions I will be able to give a more appropriate opinion
with regards
