Small Child, Choking On Saliva, Phlegm Mixed With Milk, Belching. Cure For Symptoms?

hi, my bb is 1 month old and 3 hrs after feeding he shoke on his own saliva while i was changing his diaper. he couldnt pass the saliva is was more like phlame mixed with left over milk. while sleeping he most of the time some belching wakes him up. and then he tries to pass it and there is when he has problems passing the saliva.

Belching in a baby is a common observation. Usually air enters stomach along with milk during feeding a neonate so after every feed neonate usually burp or some times even vomits. Best way to avoid this is to burp neonate after every feed.
> hold the baby in upright position and put baby's head on your shoulder and give support to his back and head and then gently pat on his back with hand for 10-15 minutes.
> don't over fed your baby, usually feed on demand or after every 3-4 hours.
> exclusive breast feeding for at least first six months.
> enzyme preparations for infants as xymix drops can be used
> if problem still persist kindly consult a pediatrician
