Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

The symptoms that you described need not be taken too lightly. You should measure the temperature and record it. In case it is there then she need to be examined by a doctor and managed accordingly. The symptoms that you described are suggestive that your daughter may be running fever which explains the loss of appetite and energy.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.

Regards,

RKK

Pediatrician Dr. E Venkata Ramana's  Response
Hi
Are there any loose motions, persistent vomitings or jaundice? How is the oral intake and urine output? Any signs of throat infection? Because child is dull and sleepy , try to give plenty of oral liquids, sips of coconut water and consult your Pediatrician for the examination of her and further evaluation and treatment.
