Small Child, Pimple With Rashes On Face, Head, Blisters On Cheeks. Taken Antihistamine. Treatment?

my toddler has 4 pimper like rash that arrange like a square and has been there for 3 months and did not dissappear with 1% hydrocrotoson. Got doctor to check it out and said is viral. today he had more on face and head. No fever and also some blister skin on cheek. We have given him some antihistamine. Shall i be worried?
