frequent sinus infection along with recurrent vomiting can be due to gastro esophageal reflux disease. try small frequent foods. avoid high fat diets. give more solid foods. go to bed 2hrs after eating. use 2 pillows for sleeping. take a course of proton pump inhibitors( like pantoprazole). if still vomiting persists she needs further work up. now a days lot of panels of allergic tests are available. you can do it after consultation with your pediatrician.
