Small Itchy Rashes On Face And Limbs Preceded By Red Bumps On The Cheek Which Disappeared On Its Own. What Could It Be?

Small clusters of red bumps on the upper portion of the left butt cheek that lasted a few days and went away. What can it be? And also small itchy rash on arms for 4 months that spread to the face and legs. Look as if they are coming from my hair follicles

Hi small itchy rash on face and arms since 4 months preceded by rash on the buttocks can be pityriasis rosae or poly morphic light eruption.
Whattever the rash can be go simple treatment with 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and application of calamine lotion twice daily and if no response go for oral steriods for a short course.
