Small Lump At The Tip Of Butt Crack Like Tough Spot. No Soreness, Pain Or Pus. Any Ideas?

I have a small lump at the tip of my butt crack, close to my ball sack. It is not colored and is not causing any soreness or pain at the moment. It first occured a week ago and there was some pain initially, but that stopped after a few days. It is also not filled with pus or any kind of liquid that I can see. The lump is not protruding very far outwards. It kind of feels like a tough spot. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
Your description can fit a lot of conditions like sebaceous cyst, steatocystoma, molluscum contagiosum, viral wart, organised boil, etc. A photograph would have helped.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist so that a proper assessment and diagnosis can be made.
Hope this helped
Take care
