Small Lump Between Thigh, Groin. Discomfort After Cycling. What Could It Be?

Hello, just today i noticed a small lump on the inside part of my thigh, near the top, where the leg connects to the groin, there is some minor discomfort but nothing serious, it feels semi-hard. I noticed some discomfort after spending alot of time cycling. I am a 27 year old male with no history of serious illness.
Any guess on what it could possibly be?

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. The small lump on the inside part of your thigh near the top seems to be folliculitis that may be turning into an abscess. I believe that you may be able to get rid of it by consulting a local doctor who can make a diagnosis and let the pus drain by doing an incision procedure. I hope you consult a doctor as soon as possible.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
