Small Lump In Throat, Severe Stomach Pain, Flu Like Symptoms. Causes And Treatment?
I currently am getting over flu like symptoms. I have just felt a small lump on my throat just about Adam s apple. I also have this pain in my stomach that comes maybe every 30 minutes, lasts for 5 seconds but the pain is tremendous. The pain feels as if someone is twisting my insides. Do you know what the pain is and what the lump is?

The sore throat,pain and lump which you have mentioned,all could be due pharyngitis(inflammation of throat).Pharyngitis can be part of flu.
You need a course of antibiotic,antihistiminics,and decongestant .Pain abdomen could be due to acid peptic disease for which you need antacid and pantoprazole.Consulation with physician is encourged.
