Small, Lump On Base Of Penis And Sensitive Region On Right Side Of Groin. What Should I Do?

I have a small pea-sized, possibly smaller, lump at the base of my penis in the top of the scrotum. I first noticed it two days ago. It hasn't caused me any pain, unless I aggravate it, by touching or squeezing it. Today, I feel a little sensitive in the right side of my groin right where the leg and pelvis come together. It is a little red around the area of the lump. It doesn't seem to be getting any bigger or smaller but has me concerned. What should I do?

Bump on the penis can have several causes. Many penis lumps are harmless,non symptomatic and need no treatment.
It might be due to bad hygiene
Just take proper local care.
Otherwise it might be due to bacterial/fungal infection,hair root infection,genital wart/viral infection.
Apply local antibiotic cream to prevent infection and promote healing under guidance of your doctor.
Avoid tight under garment,avoid unprotected sex and avoid sex till get complete cure.
Otherwise get examined by doctor to confirm the proper diagnosis and medical management.
