Small Lump On My Lower Breast, What Could This Be ?
I just discovered a very small lump on my lower breast it is the size of a bb, i pull it away from my breast tissue and feel all around it. it moves very easy feels like it is in the layer of fat just below the skin i can also see i slight lump on the outside of my breast. it has smooth border all the way around it, should i be concerned?

Any lump big or small in the breasts should be evaluated.
Let it be a boil or some infection,go for manually examination by gynaec and get it diagnosed.
If necessary they may go for mammography.
