I noticed a small lump on penis tried to pop it it got larger and got hard i know its not a std it onnly hurt when i applied pressure its abput the size of a pea so i tried popping it with a needle only blood came out and a clear liquid it decreased in size a little though but still hard and noticible also thereis now a small hole that looks deep in it
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Sebaceous cyst.
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation .If needed you may need to get it excised in Toto under local anaesthesia.
