What Causes A Skin Colored Lump On Penis?

Hi, I am 23 years old.I have a skin colored lump on my penis. There is no pain at the lump, but the lump is reasonably hard (harder than the skin of penis). The size of the lump is around half a centimeter when the penis is flaccid.I have been masturbating regularly using coconut oil as lubricant.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be small cyst, or warts surgical removal is the option for this if this is really wart or cyst (Sebaceous ) in my opinion wait for some time, if this does not come around, then you need to see the dermatologist for final diagnosis, because this is the way for diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
