Small Nodule In Upper Arm. What Can It Be? Survived Hodgkin's Lymphoma

my friend has a small, round, hard nodule approximately 3mm in diameter that is on the lateral aspect of her upper arm . She noticed it a few weeks ago, and it seems have moved about an inch more laterally since she first noticed it. no systemic symptoms, no fever, night sweats , nausea , or recent illnesses. She has been stressed at work from a move to new job. Past medical history of hodgkin s lymphoma survivor 7yrs prior (stage IIB nodular sclerosis) in remission without recurrence. any ideas?

She probably should have a skin biopsy of this nodule, just to be sure it is not related to lymphoma. If she is still followed by an hematologist, she should go to the clinic to be observed.
