Small, Painful Boil On Nipple Turning White. History Of Cancer In Family. Medication?
Hi doctor, i am a 28 year female and have discovered a small boil on my left nipple of my breast. There is no tenderness in my breat except that this small boil has been paining and is appearing to be turning white ar one point. I hv heavy prriods but this has no connection with that. Can i apply Candiderma or Neo clobernate GM . Also can i talk any antibiotic like a oflaxacin etc. We hv history of cancer and one dyibg due to breat cancer but that was in my previous generation. Pls advise. Thanks
Hi, Do not worry. It is not carcinoma. It is just impetigo. It is bacterial infection. Apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin. Take a short course of antibiotics. Take anti inflammatory drugs. Do not apply the cream which you mentioned. Take dettol bath. Avoid soap application.
Have blood test to rule out DM,anaemia, HIV,any other internal diseases.
I hope you will be alright.
Best wishes.
