Small, Pink Pimple Like Spots All Over The Body Which Turn Into Dry, Rough Rashes. What Could This Indicate?
Hi i started to get these small pinkisih reddisih spots on my face and body some have white heads on them i have them on my chest to and between my breasts but theyre really itchy and they hurt when i itch them, the ones on my face are really itchy when i itc them the next day they turn skin colour and become rash like, it feels rough and dry when i touch it small raised bumps... its been like this for around 4-5 days now

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with: 1. Intake of antihistamine preparations like Allegra 2. Application of topical steroid & antifungal ointment 3. Calamine lotion for symptomatic relief 4. Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
However, the underlying cause needs to be treated. So, kindly visit a Dermatologist & get a proper clinical examination done to find the exact cause. One more thing...avoid itching or squeezing them as it may further aggravate them.
