Small Red Bumps On Pubic Area After Having Sex. Also Wear Spandex While Running. What Could It Be Due To?

I recently had sex with my gf, we have not had sex with anyone other then each other, and I noticed the next day that there are small red bumps every where on my pubic area. none are on the gentles. they do not itch nor do they have pus coming out. my girl friend was riding me really hard. I am a very athletic guy, I run a lot and wear tight spandecs when I run and sweat a lot. it does not burn when I pee, I don't have cuts or bleeding from any soars. what could this be?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Before sexual contact , you were fine without any infection.
After sexual contact ,you develops these red bumps.
So these red bumps may be due to crab or pubic lice.
This is very common in pubic area and due to sex spread to one another.
Intensely pruritic lesions and 2 to 3 mm macules develops at the site of bites.
This is ,however sexually contacted disease, but not dangerous.
Physical examination by a dermatologist will reveal the cause.
