Small Structure And Not Growing Tall. Taking Good Diet With Suppliants. Suggestions For Growing Tall?

hello sir,
i'am 18 yr old but i barely look like a 15 yr old
everyone says i'am not mature enough by facial expression i have very small mustache and beard.VERY SKINNY
my problem is i'am only 5'5 can i do anything in order to increase my height at least up to 5'7
if there is any exercise or yoga can you please inform me?? should i take any supplements??
my diet
morning at 5 am - 1 egg , oats, zincovit 5 ml
at 7:00 - exercise 40 push ups with breaks of 10 , abs exercise , leg exercise , spirinting
lunch at 2 pm - huge mount of rice with nutritious vegetables and sometimes beef , chicken
afternoon 5 pm - egg,noodles,or etc
night at 11:00 pm - chapati dal or chicken OR a south indian dish called kanchi (cooked ricewater and rice ) with vegetables
i follow my diet strictly should i change it
please recommend any changes
i want height desperately . All my friends are taller than me.

From the question, I understand that you are very anxious about your health and is worried about your under size. At this age 5.5 is not a very bad height. Your diets and exercise are all OK. You are taking care about health matters very much. Regarding diet, you are taking sufficient quantity of nutrients.
At this age you are attempting to increase your weight, height and desiring to appear older than you are. After the middle age everybody wants to appear younger and more thin. It is your attitude that is important here. Please do not think that you can do very much in these matters. Of course, diet and exercise can make improvements. But very little, when compared to the genetic interference the most modern alternative system of Homoeopathy can make.
What is more important is your genetics. Your appearance as a whole is mainly determined by your parentage.
