hi,
after abdominal aortic aneurysm repair the survival rates vary between 50-70%.
A review of late survival following AAA repair among nearly 2500 patients revealed 1 year survival 90%, 5 year survival 63%, 10 year survival was 40%.
So with better life style , regular checkup and medication, the survival will be prolonged.
wish you good luck.
