Smooth Feeling In Mouth, White Tongue In The Morning, Sensitive Tongue Tip. Any Thoughts?

My mouth feels like the inside of a manaise jar, very smooth, my tongue is white the first thing in the morning. During the day it is not white. The tip of my tongue is sensitive. I have read everything about Thrush, does not seem to apply. I brush my teeth and tongue 2 to 3 times a day, Do you have any thought what this may be?

The tongue generally found white in morning before brushing because of depositions of salivary secretions and food particles left in mouth while sleeping. sensitivity at the tip of tongue can indicate the starting of ulcer but you can conform it if there is any reddish or dark spot developing or you can show it to the physician. the symptoms do not show the relation with oral thrush.
