Snapping Of Knee With Feeling Of Hot Fluid Flowing, Extremely Stiff And Painful Knee. Advice

Hi,
I was playing rugby yesterday and as I dived my left knee snapped to the inside I was rolling around the floor in pain, it felt as if there was a hot fluid going through. I can't bend my knee as it is extremely stiff, and if I turn my foot either left or to the right it starts to pain ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to an injury to the internal structures of the knee. A hematoma is also likely. It is best to get an MRI scan done for proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
