So I'm only 20 years old but I have been having some symptoms of ovarian cancer is it at all possible I could have it or am I worried about nothing. I can't go see a doctor because I am broke with no insurance. Please help. I have back pain some days worse than others. My bladder and lower stomach hurt occasionally and the past 2 months my period has been a week or two early. I have the full ness and loss of appitate too..idk maybe I'm just a hypocandriact....
