So A While Back I Had Pnemoni In The Bottom

So a while back I had pnemoni in the bottom of my lungs. But my heart beat was jumping all over the place between 140 and 200 or more beats per minute. So after the pnemoni areas gone I got it checked in again, and it was still pretty fast. But they sent me home saying it was above normal but it was probably nothing. I'm pretty worried about it, I have a very mild heart murmur but my doctor said it wouldn't cause my heart to act up like that. I was wondering if I should be concerned? My mom cut me off from all caffeine to make sure it doesn't raise my heart rate more than it already is.
