Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
So i had an ultrasound yesterday as i am in constant severe pain in my pelvic region the results say : Small echogenic foci are seen related to the endometrial complex measuring 3mm. These are thought to represent distrophic foci of calcifications or prominent endometrial glands. Free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas with mobile debris. No adnexal masses seen.
Can you please explain these results for me? :) thank you
