So this has happened to me 3 times now. The first time I was just walking casually and I started to get this pins and needles feeling in left side of my chest, then I get like this numb feeling but also like someone has their hand stuck in side my chest and like pressure in the same place then after ward it feels like someone has rubbed deep heat on me that kind of feeling that's when I know it's ending. The numb feeling accompanied with the slight pressure feels terrible and really really scary. Like I said it's happened twice after that - about a month after. And I had the two in one day after I had been exercising. I felt so faint and short of breath for the rest of the day and two days after. Can you help me?
