So today I wasn't feeling good at all I had very faint cramps when I got home I felt something so I thought it was my period went to wipe and it was brown and pink so I layed down cramps stopped and I feel asleep woke up and had to go to the restroom before I used it I wiped nothing there after I used it wipe it was brownish pinkish color what does this mean could my period be coming early
