Sodium Diet And Heart Attack Symptom

i am a 18 year old male that doesn't exercise to much, is about average weight, sodium intake should be around 2000 and my mom had a heart attack on the 21st(in her 50's) and she is now on a 2000 sodium diet . have had chest pains for like a week now but felt pain(not fall over pain) on my left side like 4 hours ago(lasted for like 30 min.'s on and off) but haven't really felt it since but now body feels kinda light(guess can call it that) and my left leg feels weird..its not numb since i still feel pain but might not be as much as normal. so is everything alright?

Get an ECG done. Just to rule out the cause. Is the pain increasing on activity and decreasing on rest, then it is of concern.
