Soft clear liquid filled cyst around anus . When squeezed the liquid comes out and the cyst gets smaller but in a short amount of time it fills up again. I have also had a complete hystorectomy due to years of suffering from endometriosis and suffer from chronic pelvic pain because of scar tissue as a result from multiple surgeries and laporoscopies to try and treat or remove my endometriosis Please help
Hello
Thanks for your query. You have noticed a cyst around your Anus which is filed with clear liquid and reduces in size after quizzing the same .Mostly you have what is called as a Fistula in anus..Final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and proctoscopic examination. Please consult some surgeon who will examine you and advise the further treatment. As regard your pain in abdomen it can be due to adhesion s that you have developed due to multiple surgeries. These adhesions can be removed during the surgery of your Hysterectomy which you have planned in near future.
