Some Of The Symptoms I'm Going To Give You, I've

Some of the symptoms I'm going to give you, I've had for awhile & have gotten worse. I'll start with symptoms I've had longest. I am a 46 y.o. woman. My main pain seems to be in my lower back and is sharp & radiates down both legs but is worse down my right. I also have severe pain in my upper & pelvic belly areas. I don't have pain when I urinate but my urine is darker then usual. I have lost weight quickly (maybe 10-15lbs in maybe a little more than a week. I have little to no energy. I either don't sleep at all or too much. Not normal. I get bad headaches often. I am losing A LOT of hair. I have been staying on my periods for almost 3 wks at a time and bleed very heavily. I get severe mood swings. I was previously diagnosed with bleeding ulcers. I also had cysts on my ovaries some years back. I've had 2 heart attacks back in 2013. Cath was done. One of my hospital stays I had a Lap & a colonoscopy done and the Dr. who did it told me I had some polyps but he didn't remove them? I also believe I feel a lump in my right breast & under my arm. My husband has also felt them. My breasts itch a lot also. I know this is a long posted question but I wanted to give as detailed info as possible. I think I got all my symptoms.
