Someone Skied Into Me Last Thursday, Hitting The Side Of

Someone skied into me last Thursday, hitting the side of my leg ,at the top of my calf. Swelling and bruising has gone right down to my ankle. At the place of impact it is very tender and feels 'knotty' . Should I get it looked at? I am flying (2 hours) next Thursday.
