So,my whole family sweats like crazy. Every time I workout I have to immediately change clothes because they are soaked in my sweat. This past week I worked out with my mom and I failed to change right away. When I took my underwear off I found that I had slight chaffing between my buttcheeks (sorry for the specificity) the next day the rash was tender and open (kind of like a popped blister) it began to flow larger and larger causing another one to form on my other cheek.. I'm concerned that it will worsen and I've been cleaning it constantly and trying to keep it as dry as possible... Any other suggestion??
