Hi I had a injury about a year ago. I had lifted a small refrigerater. And I still feel soar around the neck area and shoulder blade and jaw area left side. I feel alot better but I am still icing my neck and back. I am stil taking naproxens 500mg twice a day. When I lift things it hurts and aches at times. My p/t had told me I had a fracture . So she wasnt able to help me. What should I do. Should I stay home rest.
