Sore Behind Ear, Drains, Has Spots, Bleeds, Painful. What Can Be Done?

I have had this sore behind my ear for five weeks. It drains, it has spots in it that have hard white things in it that protrude. When pulled out it just bleeds and bleeds. The sore is getting bigger and is so painful. I can send a pic if needed. I have kept track of it with taking pictures this whole time.

most of time these sore behind ear are associated with chronic or acute on chronic mastoiditis .so u have to take proper antibiotic course and if needed u have to do ear microsopic examination to rule out cholesteatoma .
