Sore Breasts, Back Pain, Delay In Periods. Stressed Out, Cold Weather. Am I Pregnant?

hi, i am 33 years old and have 2 kids. i am not sure if i am preganent or just a delay. i have sore breast and a bad back pain which i have before my periods. i don't remember the exact d exact date of my last period but it was some where between the 8 to 15 of june. please advice.i feel i am going to get my periods and everytime i check it is a false alam,i have been stressed out recently and the weather has changed too, it preety cold and it has been only 4 years that i have been facing this weather, could it b that?

hello,
thank you for using healthcare magic,
if you had intercourse on your fertile day with out using any birth control method then there are high chances of being pregnant.. after week also if you dont get your periods check with urine pregnancy test.. however do not trust its result completley it can show false result in early stage.. you can go for more confirmatory test like beta hcg level or ultrasound..
periods can get delay because of any reasons other than pregnancy .. stress is most common reason.. cold weather does not affect menstrual cycle..
in future use birth control method like condom or o.c. pills.. IUD will be good option for you because you already have two kids..
in case you use to fail any birth control method you can take emergency pills after unprotected sex within 24 to 72 hours..

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

You can get blood HCG or UPT test done for pregnancy.
Delay in periods could be due to stress and hormonal variation.
You can use contraceptive measures to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
You can wait for few more days, if your periods doesn't starts you can take progesterone for 5 days, on stopping this medication, causes bleeding as withdrawal bleeding.
