Sore Ear, Throat Tickle, Blocked Sinus, Headache, Facial Pain. What Can This Be?

Hi I have had a sore ear on and off tickle throat blocked sinusus, fatigue , severe headaches and facial pain for the past few weeks I have had two courses of antibiotics that did not improve thing. What can this be and what can I do to improve it?

Hi you seems to have chtonic infection of uour sinuses.
This csn csuse nose block, headache, trickle throat, cough, ear psin, fever, facial psin etc.
Get your blood test to rule out infection.
Get CT Scan of nose and sinus to rule out sinusitis.
Consult doctor cwith report.
Untill then take paracetamol and decongestant tablets.
Do steam inhalation at least 3 to 4 times per day.
