Sore Erect Nipples, Mirena

I took the morning after pill three weeks ago and did have a period but since then have had mirena fitted but experiencing sore erect nipples that was before the mirena.. help pls

hi..welcome to HC magic..mirena is hormone(progesterone) containing intrauterine device. sore erect nipples is a side effect of this device. it will gradually subside over a period of time. nothing to worry. if it is too bothersome, then you can consult gynaecologist. All the best.
