Sore Fingers, Partially Stiff, Unable To Bend Fingers. History Of Getting Pricked By Cactus While Weeding. Poisonous?
I was doing some weeding today and got pricked by a cactus here in Fl. My finger is very sore and partially stiff and I can not bend it fully. Are they poisonous? What is the best way to treat it? It could be possible that the pincher is still in there. I would have to see with a magnifying glass. Would removal eliminate the swelling?
Hi, It seems that there might be thorn still might be there. Try to find out and remove if there. Go for injection tetanus toxoid. Go for one antibiotic medicine course as there is likely of having infection. Apply antibiotic cream on the part. Ok and take care.
