Sore Nipples, Bloated, Was Taking Birth Control, Got Periods. Treatment?

Hi. So I already had gotten my menstal about 2 weeks ago. My nipples are sore and I've been so bloated for about 3 days no. What could the problem be? I've been off of birth control for about 4 months now to give my body a break. We use protection still. We have had unprotected sex, but we still use a condom when he's close to coming.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
It is too early to blame this to an undiagnosed pregnancy.
More likely these are the symptoms most women feel during the second half of menstrual cycle, due to the influence of hormones which are produced after ovulation. Ovulation is inhibited by most birth control pills & began when you stop them.
Let me warn you that using condom alone is not a very effective method of contraception & by using this technique there is considerable failure rate.
Take care.
