Sore Nipples, White Vaginal Discharge, PCOS. History Of Irregular Periods. Pregnancy Symptoms?

I have had extremely sore nipples for the past 2 days, 2 days before that happened I had some vaginal discharge that was whitish... I do have pcos so I dont have a regular period but I have never had sore nipples before when I do have one, could i be pregnant?? My daughter is 7 now so I dont remember much from that pregnancy in the line of sore nipples

Hi,

Could be pregnancy, take test if your periods will not come in the next 2 months to confirm.

You are having PCOS that could be a cause. However, if you want to be sure at this particular moment, I suggest to wait more days, and take the beta-HCG blood testing to confirm.
