Sore On Backside After Falling On Rocks, Headaches, Stomach Cramps, Weakness, Burning In Chest. What To Do ?

My husband fell down some rocks while out canoeing with friends last Sunday. He has been very sore, mostly in on his backside. Now he has started with headaches, stomach cramps, weakness and burning in chest when taking deep breaths. He said he feels like be is getting sick but I'm worried that this may relate to fall. Could it? He said he didn't hit his head when he fell.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

It may be due to fall or due to bacterial infection or viral infection. There are multiple symptoms so we cant come to one diagnosis with these problem. Get done complete hemogram, urine routine, fasting sugar and ECG once. Give Pantoprazole with domperidone to prevent acid reflux(burning pain in stomach)and mild analgesic like Paracetamol with plenty of fluids. Consult your doctor forfurther examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.
