Sore On Penis Shaft After Unprotected Sex, Masturbate Often. Any Risks Of STD ?

i have a sore on penis shaft after unprotected sex, its small and sore when masterbating, the surface skin is broken, the actual small little sore is maybe an 1/8 of an inch. very small. but sore indeed, i have slept around and not proud of it, but I m in dire need of explanation as i work overseas and medical care is not available. i frequently excessively masterbate as well. please could i have a list of potential viruses or deceases which may be linked to this small issue?

Thanks for your query. Based on the facts that you have posted you have sore over penis after unprotected sex.You are also indulged in masturbation frequently.This is most likely not STD and may be due to excessive rough handling while masturbating.
Observe proper personal hygiene and can take antibiotic like Doxycycline if available over the counter in a country where you are working.
You may apply tropical antibiotic over the inflamed area and avoid sexual encounter till it heals up completely.
