Sore Penis, Sweat Making Condition Worse. Applied Cortisone Cream And Fungus Cream. What Is The Cure?
My penis is sore from rubbing against my underwear and I have red sore lines on it. Sweat seems to make it worse and I've been sweating in the groin area a lot. Baby powder helps a bit, but rash won't go away, it's been about 3 months. Had a dr look at it 3 mths ago said he didn't think it was herpes but did a blood test anyway and it came back negative. Have tried cortisone cream and fungus creams but after a day it was getting worse so I stopped. Any suggestions?

Most likely there is development of fungal infection after rubbing it.
Fungal infection usually develop after recurrent scratching during severe perspiration.
You have to apply anti fungal,anti bacterial and mild steroid containing cream.
Take oral levocetrizine to subside itching and nsaid to subside pain,inflammation.
Complete course of oral anti fungal like flucanazole,terbinifine will be helpful.
Avoid tight under garment.Avoid under garment at night.
Wash it properly and try to keep that area dry.
Take proper local care.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
