Sore Stomach, Pain With Diarrhea, Constant Cramps. Treatment?

I have just arrived back from XXXXX last night, during the flight i had sore stomach cramps which have got a lot worse, I have been in lots of pain tonight with dioherrea I have been going to the toilet every 10 minutes and the cramps are constant. I need to go to work tomorrow, what can i do to make myself better? Thanks

It seems that you have a viral gut infection. Symptomatic treatment involves taking tablet lomotil and plenty of fluids orally. Taking an antispamodic available over the counter will also help you. Do have a light easy to digest food.
