Sore Throat And Sublingual Duct, Diarrhea After Casual Sex, Swollen Circumvallate Papillae. Advice ?

Need some advice..
I had casual sex 4 weeks ago with a unknown, The Condom used slipped off then i change the condom. For the past 4 days I have had a sore throat and sore sublingual duct and diarrhea for the past 4 days. Also i have swollen circumvallate papillae. This morning when i brushed my teeth the was blood.
Can anyone advise me?

Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query.
I am not sure is these related to sexual intercourse except if there was oral sex. You need to do ENT or dentist exam to see is there any oral cavity or tooth infection and then it should be treated by antibiotics.There are also many noninfectious disorders which can cause such symptoms but infetions is the first thing that you should check.
