Tonsillitis can often occur after sexual contact (kissing or exchange of saliva) which amount to pathogenic bacteria or fungi moving from an affected person to you. So you need to get treated for the tonsillitis (if not yet treated) by your family doctor. You did not complete what you had on muscle?? Do not know if it is cramp or pain or twitch? Anxiety could result to many problems since you are weighed by the fact that you had an unprotected sex. Do a HIV test and screening for other STIs and repeat HIV test after 3 months. Hope this helps
